Totally recommended for one night. This hotel is a comfortable base for a trip in Buenos Aires. I liked my room - tastefully decorated with large windows. The interior is modern and design is modern. Pretty friendly and amicable staff here on the reception desk. The location is particularly good, 10 minutes' walk to Plaza Serrano Square. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in Palermo Hollywood neighborhood.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room with the jacuzzi was fantastic, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The location was very convenient, with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with our dog, providing a dog bed and bowls for us. Plus, the international plug adapter was a nice touch.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety. The selection was limited, with mainly bread, cakes, and pastries, and the fruit and juice were sometimes not fresh.

The hotel reception staff were excellent , extremely friendly, knowledgeble, friendly , professional and spoke English excellently. All their recommendations were great and made us feel special. The hotel was an excellent design and great boutique hotel to stay in . Close to great restaurants and shopping in Palermo Solo - absoltely chic. Also has a great sushi bar attached to the hotel. Stayed there for 8 days and felt like home. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. We always prefer staying in Boutique hotels on our holidays - this was on eof the nicest.

Spa closed too early. Visitors would like to use the spa facility at early evening / night.

Great location, clean, modern, stylish

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a nice safe area of Palermo. It was easy to explore the city and there were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. The staff at this place were so helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the variety of room amenities provided, such as the heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area and terrace were a nice touch too. We felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel - very stylish decor - big apartment style room in a great location in a cool distict of Buenos Aires only a few minutes walk from great restaurants and shops / bars. Staff fantastic on front desk (Leandro in particular who looked after us during our stay) - very friendly welcoming and knowledgable, spoke good English happy to help and went the extra mile with bookings and arrangements for days out and transport.

Only regret was that we had not stayed in Buenos Aires and this hotel for longer on our trip - 5 days not enough! Roof terrace would benefit from being refurbed - extra sunbeds and relax areas with bar service would be perfect - we would have liked to have spent more time up there enjoying the sunshine relaxing had there have been the facilties.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in a nice safe area of Palermo. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at the reception desk provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. They even gave me an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi, which was fantastic. The room was modern and comfortable, with a separate seating area and a small kitchenette. The bathroom was well-equipped with modern amenities. the quality of this place was very good.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was pleasant.

The only thing I didn't like was their rigid policy. We made the reservation in error (without knowing about our constraints) and within an hour of making it, they would not budge with their "No cancellation at this price" policy, so staying there for the night we had already paid for was a hardship. We tried to stay there for the rest of our stay, but they didn't have rooms and still they wouldn't let us cancel for that one night. I liked the area for its liveliness, but it is out of the way for other areas: Retiro, Centro, Recoleta, San Telmo.

The location was EXCELLENT, within walking distance of Armenia Square.
